Ballard This will be a "T" shaped building and will be stick built, NO METAL. The building will be 7,200 sq. ft. and have 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms for residents and 1 bedroom and bath for staff member on duty. There will be a common area and large kitchen. The residents area building will be 125 ft. x 35ft. The common, kitchen and staff member room area will be 70 ft. x 44 ft.
The dates are Monday July 25 thru Saturday Aug 6, 2011.
We need many builders since JBCB will be the General Contractors and will be responsible for finishing this project. (a lock and key job). Please schedule as much time as possible.
